Pastors have such an awesome responsibility. Hebrews 13:7 tells us that they are called to watch over our souls and Jeremiah 3:15 tells us that they are to feed us with knowledge and understanding. But do we make their jobs grievous or joyous?
Our "Called Along Side" workshop is one of our most requested workshop. It is a workshop for all those who want to help lighten the load of their Pastoral leadership. It is not just for those with the title "armorbearer" but to all those who serve in the church, from the Associate Pastor, Church Secretary, Church Administrator, Choir, Deacon, Minister to Nursery Worker.
So often we don't consider what it entails in being a pastor. If we could see all that our pastors do and all that is required to feed and care for the sheep that God has entrusted into their hands, it would leave us with a greater appreciation of the awesome responsibility that pastors shoulder.
Have you ever asked, "How can I better serve the Lord, my pastor and my church?" If so, this workshop is for you!
All attendees will receive a follow-along workbook and handouts.
